Once we have completed work on your project, simply download the mastered files from our site. This is an ideal service for our clients based further afield and internationally.

For any audio production, mastering is the final process whereby your audio is prepared for release into the public domain. Be it radio, CD or web streaming, it is crucial to have your product fully mastered for the greatest marketing impact.

While mastering an audio production several steps are taken, such as:
Removing pops and clicks from a mix.
Optimising stereo imaging (how broad /big the spread of your mix sounds between two or more speakers).
Equalising the overall sound, i.e. eradicating troublesome frequencies from your project.
Maximising the amplitude of your project without compromising the dynamics through the use of compression or limiting, depending on the musical or project direction.
Top and tailing each track with correct use of logarithmic fade in/out technology.
Killing background hiss, which is a crucial step in the re-mastering process, especially if the original recording may have been tape based.

These steps, amongst many, rule out any inconsistencies within a mix or collection of tracks to create a fully cohesive package, as well as boost and elevate the sound of your production to rival any other professionally released package.

We also offer a digital re-mastering service for analogue audio (DAT, vinyl, cassette, etc.), whereby we process the original audio into digital, removing any noise before adjusting the overall levels, refining your work to perfection.
