Terms of Service
Prices are listed in Great British Pounds and this is the only currency we accept.
Cancellations
We can accept no liability for incorrectly ordered goods but orders can be cancelled if we are contacted prior to dispatch. We will refund the order in full providing the order has not been dispatched. If the order has been shipped, the returns process must be followed when the goods have been received.
Delivery
Items supplied by us (Gift Vouchers and Ex-Demo) are shipped the same day if ordered before 1pm. All other items are shipped direct from our supplier the same day unless the items are out of stock, in which case they will be put on back order and shipped within 7 days.
Shipping is a flat rate of £5, with free shipping on orders over £500. Star for a Day gift vouchers and online mastering are exempt from shipping costs.
Please contact us for shipping outside of mainland UK.
Returns
Please check goods as soon as they arrive and let us know as soon as possible if the items received are incorrect or faulty. For good that are received faulty or incorrectly, we refund or replace the goods and reimburse for return carriage. Returns on faulty items must be arranged within 28 days.
Goods must always be returned with a returns authorisation. If goods are returned without authorisation, there may be a significant delay processing the refund or replacement.
To obtain a returns authorisation:
Email us with the following details:
- The Order Number
- Your Address & Postcode
- Serial Number (if the unit is faulty)
- A detailed fault description - this will speed up the process in the event of an item requiring repair or replacement
Goods should be returned and re-packed in the original packaging as received complete 'AS SOLD' and in 'AS NEW' condition (for example, if the packaging has been opened to examine the product/s you must have done so without damaging the packaging or the product/s in any way). The condition of the goods will remain the customer's responsibility until goods have been booked in and assessed by Graphic Nature Audio Supplies Limited (or our suppliers), so please ensure the products are appropriately packaged for transit.
Any return labels should not be placed directly on the item packaging. Please wrap any items to be returned in a protective layer and place any labels on this outer packaging.
Non-returnable products:
Copyrighted goods (all software, media and sample CDs) where the packaging has been unsealed and/or the product has been registered unless the product is faulty
Products that we have made to your specification or customised specifically for you
Contact products for Health and Safety reasons to products such as microphones, headphones, earphones, in-ear monitoring devices and brass and woodwind mouthpieces that have been used or where the hygienic seal has been removed or broken.
Ex-demo stock, which are sold with any faults listed and are on a sold as seen basis.
NB: Our shop is an online, mail order service only. Orders are taken at our Mimram Road address, where our recording and rehearsal studios are located, but no stock is on display or available for purchase on the premises.
