Graphic Nature has been nominated by the prestigious Audio Pro International API Awards as a finalist in the category of 'Studio Initiative'. We were entered in the running by the magazine for our initiative taken in regard to our loyalty card scheme for our free rehearsal recording and drinks points system. The system enables our bands to acquire loyalty card points, where they can claim that extra bit back with a free pint or a rehearsal recording when they have filled out their cards. With other studios in the running for the award such as Abbey Road and Metropolis, we are extremely proud to have made the final. The awards take place at Earls Court during the Plasa show 2011 starting on the 11^th of September and finishing on the 14^th, watch this space to find out the result!

We have just begun to host a live radio show in association with Recharge Radio every Saturday morning, live from 10am inside the Graphic Nature bar. The popular show is presented by local rock veteran Jim Distortion and accompanied by Jordan Thomas. The show gives musicians exposure on an international level and enables anyone to come down and participate on the show, get their record played or be interviewed to raise awareness on their progress in the scene.

On the 26th of March, we held our fantastic charity and demonstration day in association with The Subways, CLIC Sargent, The National Autistic Society and LD Systems. We just wanted to say a big thank you to all those who came down on the day and made donations to the charities, as well as everyone who made the day possible.
We also want to congratulate Steve Harris: our signed Dave 10 PA system winner, who was one of many to enter the charity raffle. All the proceeds have now gone towards both charities selected by The Subways.

On Saturday 26th March 2011, Graphic Nature will be holding a one-off charity event and product demonstration day! Here at the recording studio we have decided to bring an excellent new addition to our drinks menu at the bar and its good news for cider drinkers as we will shortly have Aspal on tap! This award winning English cider has been brewed on location in Suffolk since 1702 and has been for eight generations.

With Christmas just around the corner now, we are pleased to announce that Graphic Nature will be open for business pretty much as usual over the festive period. However, we will close on the 25^th and 26^th of December for Christmas and Boxing day, and then again on the 31^st of December and 1^st of January for New Years Eve and New Years Day.
